Ingredients
6 Slices of S.Rosen's Tuscan Cocktail Bread
3 Slices of low moisture part skim mozzerella cheese
2 Tbsp butter
Tomato or Minestrone soup for dunking
Directions
Assemble the sandwiches. Rip the mozzarella slices into quarters and put one full slice into each mini sandwich.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Once melted add the sandwiches and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Adjusting heat as needed.
Served with your favorite soup
