Shipping Schedule

We ship all orders on Monday only. Thursday is the ordering deadline – 4:00pm central time if ordering by phone, fax, or mail, and 12 midnight central time if ordering online. Ship dates subject to change for holidays.


Shipping Address

We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter. Our shipper will not deliver to a post office box – please use the street address. We require the telephone number where the package is to be delivered.

We cannot credit your account or issue a refund if the package is returned or undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient address. Also, we do not take responsibility for orders left at UPS facilities after delivery is unsuccessfully attempted for any reason.


United States Sales Only

Natural Ovens Direct Delivery sells and ships products within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders must be shipped second day air, with no exceptions.


Shipping Costs

Packages are shipped from Cudahy, Wisconsin 53110. Shipping charges are calculated by the destination zip code and the weight of the package. 



We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for all orders. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.


Order Confirmation

When your order is received by us, you will receive an email thanking you for your order and letting you know that an order confirmation is forthcoming. Shortly afterward, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. If you do not receive anything after placing your order, please contact us at 800-772-0730 as it's likely your order did not go through. If calling after hours please leave a message with a phone number you can be reached at between the hours of 8am-4pm central time.


Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, you must phone us at 800-772-0730 before 4pm on the Thursday prior to the ship date.



Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

We accept coupons for online orders only if they have a promo code. Look for the words “promo code” printed right on the coupon – the code to use appears after those words. To redeem a coupon with a promo code, please enter the promo code in the proper area on the payment information page. We do accept multiple promo codes. We do not accept multiple promo codes or expired promo codes.
