Ingredients
umpkin Cashew Spread
- 1 14oz. Can of Pumpkin puree
- 1 Cup roasted cashews
- 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Neutral oil like Canola
- ½ tsp Pumpkin spice
- ¾ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
Honey Ricotta Spread
- ½ Cup of whole milk ricotta
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- ½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp Ground cinnamon
To Assemble the Board
Select your spreads: Homemade pumpkin spread, cream cheese (flavored or plain), jams, nut spreads, chocolate hazelnut spreads, and/or our ricotta sweetened with honey all work great!
Select your toppings: Chocolate chips, nuts, diced up apples, dried cranberries and raisins, pumpkin seeds, and even breakfast sausages.
Directions
To make the toasts:
Using festive cookie cutters press into the S.Rosen’s Farmer’s Market bread slices and remove the excess. Toast the shapes in your desired way. Or if you are doing a large amount we suggest using the oven. Set oven to 350⁰F and toast for 7-9 minutes, flipping once for best results.
