Smashed avocado
2 Slices toasted bread, S.Rosen’s 100% Whole Wheat Bread
Sliced hard boiled eggs,
Torn pieces of prosciutto
Quartered cherry tomatoes
Parmesan to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
To prepare take freshly smashed avocado on toasted bread (We used S.Rosen’s 100% Whole Wheat Bread), and top with sliced hard boiled eggs, torn pieces of prosciutto, cut up cherry tomatoes, and parmesan to taste. Add salt to taste.
