Avocado, Prosciutto, Hardboiled Egg and Parmesan Cheese Fancy Toast

This toast is a protein heavy take on a Caprese sandwich. To prepare take freshly smashed avocado on toasted bread (We used S.Rosen’s 100% Whole Wheat Bread), and top with sliced hard boiled eggs, torn pieces of prosciutto, cut up cherry tomatoes, and parmesan to taste. Add salt to taste.
