Bloody Mary Meatball Sub

Spook your guests this Halloween with (mini) Bloody Mary Meatball Subs! A simple and tasty sandwich made in the crockpot using frozen meatballs and Bloody Mary Mix. Add little edible details and beware of the monster that appears!

Ingredients

S. Rosen's Mini French Rolls

Frozen meatballs, fully cooked

Blood Mary Mix (32 oz, regular or spicy)

Provolone cheese

Black olives

Directions

1. Place frozen meatballs in the crockpot and cover with Bloody Mary Mix. Cook on low until meatballs are heated through.

2. Cut the provolone cheese into fangs - slice one piece in half and use the rounded side to cut out little triangles.

3. To assemble, place one half of cheese on the bottom half of the Mini French Roll. Place desired number of meatballs and top with the other half of cheese. Add extra-sauce if desired. 

4. Place black olive rings on top of the Mini French Roll, resembling the monster's eyes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
