Ingredients
S. Rosen's Caraway Cocktail Rye Bread
2.5 oz. Gin
.75 oz. Caraway liquor (such as Kummel or Aquavit)
.5 oz. Olive juice
Olives (garnish)
Lemon peel (garnish)
Directions
1. Measure spirits and olive juice.
2. Pour in mixing glass over ice and stir vigorously for 30 seconds until ice cold.
3. Strain into martini glass.
4. Pinch the lemon peel over the glass (to express the oils) and run over the rim of the glass.
5. Garnish with olives, lemon peel, and a slice of cocktail rye bread. Cheers!
