Chicken Bacon Ranch Bird Dog

A reminder to get creative with what you have on hand to whip up something delicious in the kitchen! Chicken, bacon, and ranch is a classic combination, add a Chicago-style spread and you have a uniquely delicious meal!

Ingredients

S. Rosen's Brat & Sausage Roll

Chicken tenders

Chicago de gallo

Bacon

Ranch

 

Chicago de gallo recipe:

White onion

Tomato

Pickles

Optional: dash of celery salt

Directions

1. Heat up frozen chicken tenders following instructions on package.

2. While chicken heats up, cook bacon to preferred crispiness.  

3. To make Chicago de gallo, dice white onion, tomato and pickles. Combine equal parts of each ingredient. Note: for best consistency, drain tomatoes and pickles before combining. 

4. Place heated chicken tender in brat roll, top with Chicago de gallo, chopped bacon, and drizzle with ranch. Serve right away and enjoy!
