Ingredients
1 Package of S. Rosen's Plain Hot Dog Buns (sliced in half)
1 Package of Vienna Beef Hot Dogs
1 Can of chili (no beans)
6 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
Diced red onion (optional)
Pickled jalapeno slices (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cut hot dog down the middle and cut into bite size pieces.
3. In a casserole dish, combine hot dog pieces, chili, and half of the shredded cheese.
4. Top combined ingredients with the rest of the cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Top with desired toppings and serve with halved hot dog buns.
