Chipotle Tuna Salad Sandwich

We've added a bit of spice to the humble tuna salad sandwich with the taste of chipotle pepper.

4 Sandwiches


  • 8 oz. Tuna in water, drained
  • ¼ cup Diced Onion
  • ¼ cup Diced Carrot
  • ¼ cup Diced Celery
  • ¼ cup Mayo
  • Chipotle in Adobo sauce (2 tsp Adodo sauce, 1-2 diced Chipotle pepper, seeds removed)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 4 S. Rosen's Klassic Wheat Buns
  • 1 Avocado, sliced, ¼ Avocado on each sandwich
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce 



  1. Mix tuna, mayo, and Adobo sauce in a bowl.
  2. Next, add chipotle peppers, onions, celery and carrots; fold through the tuna mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble lettuce, tomato, tuna salad on bun and top with sliced avocado.
