Leftover cranberry sauce
3 Slices Havarti cheese
2 Slices S.Rosen's rye bread (seeded or plain)
Mayo or butter for coating the outside.
To prepare put 1 and half slices of Havarti cheese on booth slices of bread. Put the cranberry sauce and turkey in the middle. Coat the ouside of teh bread with butter or mayo to get the beautiful golden outside.
Griddle on both sides about 3-4 minutes on medium low heat in a non-stick pan.
