Ingredients
1 package S. Rosen's Cocktail Rye Bread (2 packages for assortment)
2 Tbsp. Blue cheese dressing
1 Tbsp. Mayo
1/2 Cup diced pitted green olives
1 Celery stalk
1 Tbsp. finely diced onion
Blue cheese crumbles to taste (4 oz. container)
Directions
1. Dice up olives, celery, and onion.
2. Mix blue cheese dressing and mayo.
3. Fold in diced olives, celery, onion, and add blue cheese crumbles until you reach a thick consistency.
4. Top with blue cheese and olives. Serve with Cocktail Rye for dipping!
