Garlic Bread Burger

Grilled brioche buns, garlic bread style, topped with a juicy burger patty, arugula, and tomato. A simple way to elevate a classic cheeseburger!

Ingredients

Ingredients for Garlic Bread Buns (will be enough for multiple Garlic Bread Buns):

S. Rosen’s Brioche Buns

4 Tbsp. Room temp butter

2 tsp Garlic powder

½ tsp salt

 

Ingredients per sandwich:

Burger patty, seasoned with salt

1 Slice Mozzarella cheese

Arugula

Sliced tomato

Directions

1. Mix together softened butter, garlic powder, and salt. After evenly mixed, spread generously on the top and bottom Brioche buns. 

2. Heat grill to medium heat and place buns buttered side down. Check frequently while also rotating clockwise. Grill until you've achieved golden grill marks and nice browned edges. Tip: watch out for hot spots on your grill!

3. Grill the burger until you reach desired doneness. Add Mozzarella cheese before removing from grill. 

4. Assemble burger starting with garlic bread buns, topped with patty, tomato, and arugula. Serve immediately and enjoy!
