Ingredients
S. Rosen's Pumpernickel Cocktail Rye Bread
1 container herb cheese spread (such as Alouette or Boursin)
Hard boiled eggs, sliced vertically into 4 pieces
Ham, diced
Pickles, diced
Note: each egg produces 4 appetizers
Directions
1. Sauté ham until browning appears. Remove from heat.
2. To assemble start with a generous spread of herbed cheese on the cocktail rye slice, followed by egg slices and ham bits. Top with diced pickles for serving.
