- 1 Tbsp. Harissa sauce (add more if you like spice)
- 1 - 5 oz. Container full fat Greek yogurt
- 1 oz. Finely diced celery
- 1 oz. Finely diced red onion
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 4 Dried apricots, diced
- 1 oz. Toasted walnut pieces, chopped roughly
