Irish Breakfast Sandwich

Who says sandwiches are just for lunch? This hearty and mouthwatering breakfast sandwich is a great way to get you ready for the day ahead.

  • 2 slices S. Rosen's Rye Bread
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 2 slices Irish cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 Irish Banger sausages, sliced
  • 2-4 slices bacon


  1. In a large skillet with a small amount of butter, cook bangers on all sides until cooked through.  Slice to desired length and width, so it fits on the rye bread.  Set aside and keep warm.
  2. In the same skillet, fry up your slices of bacon to desired crispness.  Set aside with bangers.
  3. Toast two pieces of rye bread.  Scramble up two eggs while waiting.
  4. Once bread is toasted, assemble sliced bangers, scrambled eggs, and bacon on one slice and top with cheddar cheese. Add second slice of bread on top and enjoy.
