Ingredients
Ingredients Per Batch, about 32 pieces:
1 Jar marinara sauce of your choice
1 4 oz. Package bella or white mushrooms, diced
1 Cup chopped baby spinach
2 Cup Whole fat ricotta cheese
1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Package shredded mozzarella cheese.

Directions
- Sautee the mushrooms (or meat), when done add the marinana sauce and simmer for 15 minutes to thicken. Removed the sauce from heat and allow to cool.
- Combine the ricotta cheese and parmesan.
- To assemble the appetizers spread the ricotta mixture on the base, add two spoonful of the marinara mixture and top with a hearty pinch of spread mozzarella.
Bake in oven at 375°F for 8 minutes. Optional: top with fresh basil. Serve and enjoy
