Lemon and Caper Tuna Salad Appetizer

Maybe you're attending a Feast of the 7 Fishes and need a dish or just want a break from heavier options. This appetizer is bright and will be a welcomed addition.

Ingredients Batch, about 32 pieces

1 oz. Diced celery (1 small stalk)

1 oz. Diced onion (2 Tbsp)

2 tsp Chopped capers

4 Tbsp. Mayo

½ tsp Garlic powder

1 5 oz. Can tuna (not in olive oil)

1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Salt to taste


  1. Combine all the ingredients together a bowl. Adjust salt level as needed (or add more capers if you prefer).
  2. For best results put in the fridge for at least half an hour.
  3. Spoon on the mixture on the Tuscan cocktail bread, top with the cherry tomatoes and serve.
