Smashed avocado, lightly salted
English seedless cucumber, cut into mini hearts
Directions
Smash the avocado until smooth, lightly salting to taste.
Prepare the cucumbers by slicing first and the shaping into hearts. Use the cut off bits to form the shamrock stem.
Assemble each appetizer with a spread of avocado, three cucumber hearts and one stem to form the shamrock.
