For An Individual Sandwich:
Leftover mashed potatoes
1 S.Rosen's French roll
For the sauteed onions:
1 White Onion, sliced into thin strips
1 Tbsp. Salted Butter
1. To make the sauteed onions melt the butter in a medium sized non stick pot over medium heat, add the onions and cook until softened with some browning.
2. To assemble the sandwich, make sure the mashed potatoes, gravy and turkey are warmed first.
3. To assemble place the turkey and mashed potatoes in the French rolls first, then top with the onions and the gravy.
