Ingredients
2 slices of S. Rosen's Seeded Rye Bread
Thousand Island Dressing
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 Patty of choice (we used 100% ground beef)
Sauteed onion
Pickle de Gallo
Pickle de Gallo Recipe:
2 Tbsp diced pickles
1 Tbsp diced red onion
1 Tbsp diced jalapeno
Directions
1. Combine diced pickles, red onion, and jalapeno. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
2. Cook burger patty to preferred temperature.
3. Smear Thousand Island Dressing on two slices of rye bread.
4. Place a slice of cheese on one side and layer burger patty, sauteed onions, and Pickle de Gallo.
5. Top with another slice of cheese and bread.
6. Toast in pan until golden brown and melty.
