Raging Cajun Chicken Sliders

Inspired by New Orleans, home of the big game, this recipe adds a hint of creole to your game day spread! A simple one pan recipe, perfect for feeding a crowd. Packed with flavor and a hint of Cajun spice, making for a flavor combination worthy of a trophy!

Ingredients

1 package of S. Rosen's Deli Brioche Slider Buns

1 lb. Shredded rotisserie Chicken

1/2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Hot sauce - we used 2 Tbsp

Pickle slices

Pepper jack cheese slices

2 Tbsp melted butter

12.25-inch by 8.25-inch tray (use an aluminum tray if going to a gathering)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix BBQ sauce and hot sauce. Hot sauce is measured based on personal preference. 

2. Combine sauce mixture with shredded rotisserie chicken and Cajun seasoning. 

3. Place whole bag of buns in pan, do not break apart. Remove tops and place to the side. 

4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly among the twelve buns. Top each with a pickle slice and half a slice of cheese. 

5. Place the tops of the brioche buns on the sandwiches, then brush with melted butter and Cajun seasoning.  

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown and melty.
