Ingredients
1 Slice of S. Rosen's 100% Whole Wheat Bread
Hummus
Roasted cauliflower
Harissa
Jalapeno (optional)
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt
Directions
1. Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil and salt.
2. Roast for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
3. Toast bread to preference.
4. Smear hummus on toast and top with roasted cauliflower, dollops of harissa, and jalapeno slices.
