Southwest Burger

A few changes take a classic backyard burger and make it feel like one ordered from your favorite restaurant. 


1 Burger


  • 2 Oz. Guacamole
  • sliced red onion
  • 6 oz. beef patty
  • Southwestern Spice blend
  • Tomato slices
  • Slice of Pepperjack
  • 1  Classic or Sesame seed Mary Ann Hamburger Buns


  1. Pat beef patty lightly with Southwest spice mixtures, or mix in spices if hand forming the patties.
  2. Grill patties to desired wellness.
  3. In the last part of grilling cover patty with pepperjack cheese.
  4. Assemble patty, red onion, guacamole, and tomato on bun.
