Spicy Arrabbiata Meatball Sub

With S.Rosen's French Rolls and Arribiatta sauce these Meatball subs are bolder than its milder cousin.

4 Sandwiches


  • 20 Meatballs
  • 1 jar Arrabbiata sauce
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 4 S.Rosen's French Rolls
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder   


  1. Sear or bake meatball until fully cooked.
  2. While meatballs are cooking start heating Arrabbiata sauce.
  3. When meatballs are done submerge them in sauce. Let simmer.
  4. Heat oven to 350.
  5. Mix garlic power and olive oil and brush onto both sides of French Rolls (do not break the hinge though). Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
  6. When bread is done and cooled enough to handle, fill with meatballs and Arrabbiata sauce. Top with shaved Parmesan.
