Ingredients
2 slices of S. Rosen's Seeded Rye Bread
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Tuna salad
Pickled jalapenos
Tuna Salad Recipe:
1 can tuna in olive oil
1 stalk of celery
3 Tbsp diced onion
1 tsp pickle seasoning blend (or garlic powder)
1/3 cup mayo
3 Tbsp pickled jalapenos
Directions
1. Combine tuna salad ingredients and store in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
2. Place a slice of cheese on one side of bread, top with even layer of tuna salad and a second piece of cheese.
3. Toast sandwich on the stove until golden and enjoy!
