Directions

1. Unwrap cheese wedges and slice each in half horizontally.  Arrange each slice of cheese at the top of each slice of cocktail rye.
2. Dice 1/3 of the olives to make the buttons.  To make the bow ties, take an olive and cut in half from top to bottom.  Then cut out two wide triangles from the top and bottom of the olive half, leaving the middle in tact for your bow tie.  Repeat until you have enough bow ties.
3. Arrange all olive parts on top of your cheese slices and enjoy.
